Scott Gottlieb, MD

Dr. Gottlieb served under the Trump Administration as the 23rd Commissioner of Food and Drugs from 2017 to 2019. Previously, Dr. Gottlieb served in other capacities at the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and worked as a practicing physician and hospitalist. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York and is a graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Wesleyan University, where he studied Economics.
