Nancy Chockley

As the Founding President and CEO of NIHCM LLC and NIHCM Foundation, Nancy Chockley has led the organizations since their inception. She serves on the Foundation's board, working with health plan CEOs and policy experts to advance strategic thinking and practical applications. The NIHCM health plan CEOs have a combined revenue of over $250 billion and insure more than 40 percent of commercially insured Americans. Ms. Chockley also spearheads the Foundation's work to improve the health of all Americans through a robust array of programs, grants and awards.

Ms. Chockley is a national voice in the health care arena and has been featured on numerous national broadcasts such as ABC, NBC, BBC and CNN and in print outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today and The Washington Post.

Prior to founding NIHCM, Ms. Chockley was a principal at a strategy firm, now part of Oliver Wyman, where she worked in a variety of industries, including health care, food service distribution and trucking. Her experience spans the areas of business strategy development, best practices benchmarking and strategy implementation.

Ms. Chockley received her MBA and her BA with Distinction in Economics from the University of Virginia.
