Tiara Bidjou, MPH

Research and Policy Analyst

Tiara Bidjou, MPH is a Research and Policy Analyst at the National Institute for Health Care Management (NIHCM) Foundation, where she provides in-depth research and policy support across the organization’s programming. In this role, Ms. Bidjou assists with NIHCM’s Webinars, Journalism Grants, Journalism Awards, and the monthly Population Health Spotlight newsletter. Additionally, she assists in creating and publishing content across some of the organization’s social media channels.

In her prior experience, she has created content on population health and analyzed contracts on value-based care for a Blue Cross Blue Shield health plan. Additionally, she was a staff member at George Washington University (GW) supporting antibiotic resistance through grant allocation, editing of academic journal manuscripts, and coordinating administrative lab activities.

She is passionate about improving health care, especially through quality improvement, education and technology. Ms. Bidjou graduated with her Master’s in Public Health, Health Policy from GW’s Milken Institute School of Public Health. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science and a Certificate in Sales and Marketing from Arizona State University.
