Summary of the Project:
This study will use a survey of patients, electronic medical records and key informant interviews to investigate the contextual factors that influence a person’s ability or preference to engage with telehealth technologies, contributing to the understanding of telehealth inequity in a rural population. Findings have the potential to improve health system processes and practices and inform telehealth policy.
