About the Grantee:
3759 Films is a subsidiary of Tall Tale Productions specializing in documentary films. The film's director, Mike Eisenberg, is the son of patient safety pioneer, the late Dr. John M. Eisenberg. Before he passed away in 2002, Dr. Eisenberg’s work in this field led to a national focus about medical mistakes and was the driving force behind AHRQ’s role as the federal agency in charge of improving patient safety.
