Health Care in the Courts

The role of the courts has recently heightened as many individual market and Medicaid policy issues are set to be determined by judges across the country. In the lead up to the midterm elections, this webinar examined the implications of impending health policy legal decisions, including:

• constitutional challenges to the ACA
• disputes surrounding risk corridor programs
• challenges to Medicaid program work requirements
• disputes around Medicaid expansion ballot initiatives
