This infographic highlights that many high school students struggle with behavioral health but schools often lack the capacity to support all students in need. In 2017, 31% of high school students experienced depression symptoms and 17% reported seriously considering suicide. In recent years, 62% of youth with major depression did not receive any mental health treatment.
